Project Manager & Member of the Management Board

Luca has been with Kustom since summer 2019 and part of the management board since May 2024. As a project manager he is right in the thick of it – eloquent, easy-going and always with a quip on his lips. Communicative, solution-oriented and with a fine sense for situations, he accompanies projects from the first conversation to successful completion. Always close to the topics and to the team.

In his private life Luca is happiest on the football pitch. He lives in Winkeln, is excellently connected and known for his direct manner and for rarely being lost for an answer.
