Luca has been with Kustom since summer 2019 and part of the management team since May 2024. As a project manager, he is in the thick of things instead of just being there: eloquent, easy-going and always with a smile on his face. Strong communicator, solution-orientated and with a keen sense for situations, he supports projects from the first meeting through to successful implementation. Always close to the issues and the team.

In his private life, Luca can be found either on the football pitch or in a deep sleep. He lives in Winkeln, is very well connected and is known for his direct manner and the fact that he is rarely at a loss for an answer.
